How we work
- Written fixed-price quotations before work starts, and written change orders for anything found afterwards.
- Staged payments against milestones by M-Pesa, with a receipt at every stage. Never a large deposit before materials are on site.
- Pressure tests photographed before anything is covered, and the images handed to you.
- Regulatory costs (WRA permits, NEMA licences) quoted as separate visible lines, never folded into a rate.
Credentials, and how to check them
Our NCA registration and public liability insurance details go out in writing with every quotation, before a single fitting is touched. Read them, and check them against the NCA register yourself. It takes two minutes.
Ask the same of anyone else quoting for your job. A plumber who cannot produce both, or who wants to start before you have seen either, is the single most expensive risk on a Nairobi site. Burst pipework inside a finished ceiling costs many times what the original job did.
