Before you call

If water is escaping, close your isolation valve, usually at the tank outlet or just after the meter. If you are on a borehole, switch the pump off at the changeover rather than at the socket. If water is anywhere near a distribution board, switch off at the mains and do not touch the board. We will talk you through it.
